Insight

Eating healthy always felt like a compromise. For a longtime it was never fun or delicious. It felt like an obligation, a task, a chore. It was something we should do, something we had to do. We helped The Honest Stand change all that, together we created a craveable brand. Comfort food that's made from simple, organic veggies and nuts. The Honest Stand has made it easy for us all to snack, binge, and crave dairy-free, gluten-free cheese-style dips. Made of nothing but the good stuff.

 
 
 
 

Design

Having integrity to create healthy foods using nothing but organic vegetables and nuts is great, but if it didn't taste good, then it's all for naught. The cheesy, creamy, and amazing taste of their dips and sauces was the key in differentiating them within their category. So strategically, we needed to develop a brand that celebrates the sensory attributes of their products. We needed to communicate the bold flavor and indulgent spirit of The Honest Stand. Studio Lo helped them make the leap from being a brand that led with "virtue" to a brand that leads with "joy." It's important to be virtuous, but being virtuous isn't fun.
